This lovely UK spec car has had 2 owners from new and has service history.Features include rear spoiler,4 wheel drive, anti lock brakes, sports seats, front fog lights, power steering, drivers and passengers air bag and central door locking with remote control alarm. A Tracker system is fitted to the vehicle. Other than the stunning 18" alloy wheels and tyres that we have just fitted it is an original car with no modifications and looks and drives superbly well. The car benefits from having a much lower insurance group than our Japanese spec cars enabling it to be a more affordable option, capable of doing the school run but with still fantastic performance!

The second generation Impreza.... In 2001, the Impreza line received a complete update. The chassis received a 120% increase in torsional stiffness. To distinguish between this version and the earlier classis Impreza, these cars are referred to as GDAs (GDBs are the STi versions). Again the WRX was offered in 4 door saloon and 5 door estate version, although the GDA/GDB could not be bought as a coupe. The newer version of the WRX has received two styling updates. The earlier bug eyed" styling was widely regarded as somewhat unattractive, though it could also have been thought of as too radical or ahead of its time as it is undoubtedly easier on the eye today than it was in 2001. Whatever the thinking now Subaru gave the car a facelift at the front in 2002, giving the headlamps a more elongated appearance, making it more human and lass startled alien which worked well. A third update was introduced in mid-2005, when the cars were given the "jet intake and wings" grille, along with new headlights (sometimes referred to as hawk eyes) taillights, and bumpers. This worked really well, giving the car an altogether more aggressive and bigger look. Subaru states that they chose this style to go back to their heritage, paying homage to their grandfather company, the Nakajima Aircraft Company The GDA(B) was superbly well equipped with power assisted steering, electric windows, central locking, adjustable steering column, remote retracting mirrors, tinted glass, front fog lights, air conditioning with climate control, alloy wheels, rear spoiler, drivers and passenger air bag, and superb sports seats. The Type UK differs from the Japanese version WRX in that it is inclined towards the comfort end of the spectrum, being a little softer sprung, less powerful but also less thirsty and substantially less costly to insure than its Asian counterpart.
